The is another similar post called "Is a strap on a good thing?" which I commented on earlier.
For your benefit I have copied my original response here for you:
After several sessions of "building up to it" I tried a strap-on with my bi-curious boyfriend last week. As much as it felt strange for me to be behind him the fact that it was double-ended did make it so much better for us both
