We both had it done.
I (mr) had it done first about 9 years ago. Its a weird sensation but over in minutes. Bit uncomfortable for 48 hours. But then you can see and you feel like a fucking superhero.
S (mrs) put it off and didn't want to do it despite my prompting. Then she got it done and gave me grief for not making her do it sooner 
I still say its the best money I've ever spent |

Eye surgery, look into it. EYE see what you did there!!!!
Seriously though. They obviously can fix everything. But a couple of my friends have had it done, and it has changed their lives.

My friend had it done after loosing an arm, they struggled putting contacts in and hated themselves in glasses, said it was the best thing thy ever did, although it’s a scary thought messing with your eyes I must admit but seems most cases are positive |

Yes, first time I went in i tried shaking hands with the hatstand and put my coat over the eye surgeons head. |

Personally I’ve had 13 lazer ops as my eyes leak at the back of the eyeball due to diabetes.
I can’t focus on the red spot so in the UK a nurse had to hold my eyelids open so when I went for my first op in France and the doctor was on his own I shit myself.
But he got a kind of lense thing put gel on it and stuck it on my eyeball so job done no need for help.
First time was 420 zaps and it didn’t start to get uncomfortable til about 300 and after that I struggled.
But worth it to improve your eyesight or to not go blind in my case.

A previous g/f's mum couldn't find one of her contact lenses, after about half an hour of me on ma hands and knees frantically searching for it, turns out that she had 2 in the same eye... |
