‘People who eat a plant-based diet are 2.3 times more likely to break a hip than meat-eaters and 43% more likely to fracture a bone in general.’

So not 4 times more likely at all then, try again Op and be more factually correct this time.

This study has actually been debunked, since the researchers didn't adjust for calcium intake or vitamin supplements.

Ah well, better luck next time

Christ on a bi-cyle.

Can someone recommend a really good shrink for me. ( I'll tell you why if ever I feel like it )

Vegans....... Vegans..... fucking Vegans.

I'm a vegan. So fucking what?

You are not a vegan. So fucking what?

Why oh why oh why the assumption , that fucking omnivores are healthy ?

It's NOT vegans that break bones.

It's NOT omnivores who have strong bones.

ANYONE who doesn't nourish their body to their advantage runs the risk of many avoidable conditions.

Now off you toddle and suck on a doughnut after your chocolate bar and E laden , salt dredged, fat oozing ready prepared , gut rotting fodder!

That's anyone who looks at eating preferences rather than the nutritional content of what is being eaten.

P fucking S........ I am probably far more nourished than any non vegan on a diet of shite.

It aint which group you are in it's what you put inside you.

No jokes about coating cocks in b12.... for a free b.j. Thank you.

Don’t PM me then lol; I’ll keep it quick, when I was vegan I lost 4 stone in 9 months as I was also fasting intermittently, I couldnt build muscle easy and lost strength but was toxin free, introduced meat slowly and now got muscly and put on a stone but the toxins are back, inflammation of joints, more sweat, different complexion etc, all subtle but you can feel it.

I've only just logged on .... impatient arse.....

Thanks. I'll give the meat a miss for a while longer maybe.....

I do it for 'murder' reasons more than my own health reasons and for the needless destruction to the planet and species..... but , hey ho capitalism is coining it on the shit 'vegan' dinners that people think is healthy.....

Haha, full of patience me!

Just like that poor salmon that was swimming along happily minding its own business

Nah but seriously, do what feels right, that’s one thing that annoyed me with veganism, the processed shit you eat when you’re out; I literally ate broccoli, rice, beans, bulger wheat and falafels the whole time I was vegan

Unless the statistics are referring to a vegan diet - any supplementation being just that, a supplement to the diet. In which case they could be discounted in an attempt to determine the nutritional shortfalls in a vegan diet.

I don't know if that's what happened - I'm just pointing-out a possible explanation.

You can't beat a traditional pork sausage. I do not want leek, chilli, chorizo or beef in them

The irony of your post made me smile

So you have a melt down because you feel a tube of food , or a sausage should not be called a sausage because in your tiny world sausage must mean meat

Yet you're happy to have a toadless toad in hole

I also think you may find there is no such thing as the "traditional" sausage the concept like haggis or a burger is to stuff lots of non palatable stuff and fat from animals (meat may be pushing it) adding inhuman quantities of salt and spices barley and cheap rusk to give a flavour hit

The concept of a sausage is nothing to be proud or precious about
