They do exist
They are, however, closed at the moment
My local one, in Northwich, opened the play areas for a short time late summer, but both the dry sauna and the wet room remained closed
I didn't go because it's not safe imho, but also because the sauna rooms are my favourite places rather than the play rooms upstairs |

In Germany, Austria and Scandinavian countries, the norm is to be naked in a sauna. You will be reprimanded if you wear anything, including a towel.
As for sex, there are a few but they are mostly swingers clubs. I do warn you though,I had a blow job in a steam room and nearly fainted! Luke |

If been to a naked sauna in Europe before and it's lovely. No way I'd be having sex in one of those though, I think I'd pass out after about thirty seconds  |
