I think it's ridiculous... there's parts of the tiered areas that due to being rural and sparsely populated have very low infection rates ..and others due to higher population have higher rates...I think they should have divided the whole country down to constituencies... with the corresponding MPs being responsible responsible for arguing they're case for which tier should be in place...and liasing with local people to ensure the legitimacy of the ruling ...a far more accurate system |
