Is it me ? I send a chat to someone. I only want to be friendly. Then Im blocked. Is it me ? Im not a bad person, I dont steal, I love children old ladies dogs and cats. I find this most hurtful. Im lonely . |

A block is better than an abusive message. A block is better than them leading you on pretending they want to meet.
See it as a good thing. It's not personal because they don't know you. You're just not compatible.  |

Please don't feel lonely, online dating can be hard at times.
You have a specific sexual area of interest that unfortunately won't appeal to some on here.
But it will appeal to others.
You just have to persist at it.
Things will pick up once this Covid crap is sorted out.

I feel that Im on the outside looking in. Theres a warm fire, a welcome . But not for me. Going to be lonely this Christmas. I may go and work for Crisis in London over the holiday period. It pushes me into depression again and again. |

I have chatted to couples before who do this, they use it as their way of filtering people they don’t wish to meet , I don’t think it’s personal x hope this helps |

Xmas is the one time of the year where the western world actively persecutes you if you're alone. I've been on my own at Xmas for some years, but I don't mind it. I can get up when I want, eat what I like, watch what I want, have a real break. I see friends and family other days. Of course, I know I'm out of step on this. One piece of advice: don't watch TV in the days leading up to Xmas - the relentless ads for presents does tend to depress. |

I think feeling a little depressed might be the lot of many subs. After all, you're setting yourself up to be used sexually, and you enjoy that. But now and then you don't want to be used - everyone needs a hug from time to time and be told they're precious, particularly at times when everyone seems to be having that such as Xmas. |
