my yet to be patented technique is very safe.It involves a small needle into the nipple...me blowing into the nipple.Result, lovely big air filled boobs.Tying up the nipples tricky for some clients tho. |

i think like anything depends on your financial situaltion
If i wanted a boob job i think id go for the instalments rather than saving and paying in one go as id get them done quicker
Its upto the lady in question and their finances i think |

in all fairness if your a married couple these things are a joint decision, you cant really go out and spend a few grand on a boob job regardless of what your partner thinks just because you've made your mind up your having it
