Running

I have noticed on some peoples profiles that they are avid runners.

I too am a runner, OK I look like a bowl of jelly whilst running but I get out there.

I'm curious as to how many people run and the reasons you got in to running.

For me it was the mental side, I find it calming and allows me to clear my head.

I understand running and its attraction

I'd suggest humans have evolved to run well

I generally stick to short or sprint distance preferring to cycle or mountaineer for distance
