But I think we will get 'summer' late in September and October.

It seems that we have a couple of times a year where there is extreme wet weather and flooding... a monsoon.

Actually, it could easily have been that. But I am avoiding the sales, especially frocks from Monsoon.

But too dry. We're getting the wrong sort of rain at the wrong time of year.

A world of my own

It most certainly is very depressing. But its been the same for the past few summers. We seem to get great weather in April and May then again Sept and Oct.

The UK has some of the most beautiful places, coastal and countryside but you just can't afford to holiday here especially when it rains as the indoor attractions are soooo expensive especially for those with a young family to keep amused.
