Nah...
My mum had hers once...and that week was the one and only time she ever had a bad case of the flu.
I am offered one every year due to my asthma and have never had it.

I'm torn ... over 50 and diabetic but I'm pretty sure the steps I'm taking to avoid COVID are keeping other ailments at bay so why risk going to a place where ill people gather for a flu jab? |

I have my jab booked in for 8th December! This will be only the 2nd year I have opted to have one.
I am doing so because of the job I work in & I had no negative reaction to last years injection, plus definitely don't want to risk going down with the flu this year with covid around as well.
So yeah. I will be having a flu jab and yet I am only age 46! |

"We had ours at the local pharmacy. The pharmacist was in full PPE and nobody else was allowed in.
We did too, much easier than going to the GP "
Way easier and they know us so it's much more pleasant. We could have a bit of conversation and a laugh. |

That makes us sound like two old people with nothing to do all day who go on the shops just to chat |
