Been to BnQ, my friend is painting the spare room for me

he's worked ever so hard emptying all the rubbish out of it first.

Nothing planned for tonight really... dunno when Arnie will finish the painting.

Got a meeting in half hour, nothing exciting planned so far.

Got 2 hospital runs this week and 2 trips to doctors, school runs and training a couple of people up, a few other work runs etc.

It's a full on rock n roll lifestyle here, we know how to live
