In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon |
Exactly where I do live.
Or the East Midlands area(actual as opposed to the fab definition which seems as if it covers everywhere including Outer Mongolia), as it has so many sexy people in and has much better transport links to everywhere else that the sexy people are.
Or Yorkshire because wow. |

A nice little village in Devon, with a traditional country pub, lots of open space to walk the dogs, woods filled with chestnut trees and Holly bushes, flanked by small rivers teaming with rainbow trout and an old traditional sweetshop |

For me id struggle to move away from the coast, where i live is pretty ace. Loads of local beaches, the weather in South Devon is beautiful.
Id want similar but North Cornwall perhaps.. simply as i love a sunset. X |

I love where I live now
Another £100k would buy me somewhere a little quieter
My compromise for a piece of countryside living was that the house has a main road out front
Not like a major A (trunk) road, but it's busyish
So yeah, somewhere with the same views, just set back
I like the fact it's 'out of town' but you can still be in Central Manchester in half an hour on the train
Does me fine |

Where we live now. We live in an AONB and our nearest neighbours are a few fields away.
It truly is beautiful and we have stunning views for miles and miles. We can also be at the coast in an hour and into a city in 40 minutes.
We are also near some fabulous villages with great community spirits and have out family and some very special friends who all live within just a few miles.
What's not to be in love with. |

Outside of this area, somewhere between York and the East Coast
Hills, fields, small market towns, seaside 30 minutes away in one direction, city 30 minutes away in the other |

Presuming I'd have found Mrs Right, and didn't have to work, or work was on the doorstep, any of the following:
Yorkshire Dales or Moors.
Lake District
North Wales
Highlands
Maybe Cornwall/Devon but I'm not sure I could cope with soft Southerners |

West Wales |
We are pretty much slap bang in the middle of Wales. 20 miles from the coast, 75 from Cardiff or the Pembroke coast & about the same from Snowdonia.
Although places like Devils Bridge, Rhayader & the Elan Valley are only 30 mins or so away by motorcycle & we are on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains.
As bikers we’d struggle to find anywhere better

A little cottage next to a loch in Scottish Highlands.
The only visitor would be Dave the sex man who comes to give me a good seeing to on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
And the Sainsbury’s Home delivery person. |

That's remarkably close to my idea, as I was going to say Ullapool in the Highlands as it's my favourite place in the UK. And my name's Dave....
Second to that choice would be the Lake District, or the Yorkshire Dales. In fact the last one I am actually seriously considering a move to right now |

We spend a lot of time in the lakes and Will would probably like to live there right on the edge of the lake, it’s absolutely stunning but I’m drawn by the sea so would love to have a camper and tour the southern coast to see if there’s anywhere that would tickle my fancy to live...on the to do list |

In the middle of nowhere.
In a lovely cottage where I can hear the birds sing in the morning as the sun rises.
Where I have a lovely garden with trees and flowers and a stream at the bottom for nature.
Where I can gaze out at night away from the city lights and see the stars properly.
With the person I love.

The town I live in has a bad reputation but I love it. I have Swansea, Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons within a 30 minute drive.
I'd love a little holiday cottage on the coast though. New Quay in West Wales or Tenby would be ideal. |
