Now I'm not saying you can't have lots of orgasms without doing yoga, but I wonder of women who do yoga tend to have more frequent, stronger, long lasting orgasms than those who don't.
Anyone with more knowledge on this topic can help shed some light on this. |

Christ! I hope not as I am starting yoga this week and not sure my body or mind could handle that! |

"I don’t get why you would think this? "
The logic backed up by the very little experience I have is that women who do yoga, or anyone who does yoga for that matter are more intune with their bodies, thus facilitating more orgasms than say the average woman.
But anytime I've been with women who do yoga, especially those who practice it often and really in depth (it's more than just exercises and stretches) tend to have them more frequently, stronger, and last longer than some (not all the other women I've been with)
Mind you I can be wrong, hence I asked the question. |

Thank you for clarifying. All I can say is that I’ve done yoga for years and my orgasms are good. |

Can’t speak for woman but I definitely find having better control of my mind and breath helps you to be more present and sensual during sex. Aside from the flexible benefits... |

I agree with this and I'm a woman who does yoga. |

The orgasm has to be stronger to ripple through that good strong core of the yoga do-ers maybe. I'm game for trying some yoga, although It wasnt the benefit I had in mind |

I don’t do yoga, and it wouldn’t be physically possible for my orgasms to get stronger, more frequent, or longer lasting - not without probably killing me. I’m already doing just fine in all those departments. |
