Outrage! This post is misleading... you've wrote it giving a false impression that you may be comparing the two footballers! (There is no obvious comparison)

This has caused me distress and you'll be hearing from my lawyer. Unless you settle or of court. I'll take a cock pic

Justice should be for everyone.

Is it a waste of everyone's time and energy?.. possibly.. will there be a winner? Probably? Does anyone care outside their egos? Probably not ..

Can’t stand either of them, the whole thing I stupid, but

No is the answer to your question

The courts are supposed to be there for everyone, including Russian Oligarchs and Saudi Princes.

And the legal fees do go to lawyers and paralegals, then that money gets spent in the restaurant or Tesco, or to the local plumber.

Coleen investigation is flawed, just because she narrowed down the field to whom she passed information on, it doesn’t mean Vardy leaked it (apt as it was about a flood). Vardy could have been chatting to a friend in the local shop about it, someone overheard it and they then told the newspapers, or anyone else that Vardy knows.

Also Vardy was pregnant at the time, by exposing her Coleen caused distress to a pregnant woman. She could’ve confronted her in private no reason to air it in public.

Coleen got a lot of credit for her investigatory skills by the media and public at large, but the courts have come to a different conclusion for now.

I don’t doubt it,

The courts have been utterly shambolic for ages, I remember being selected for jury service a few years ago, about thirty jurors booked time off work, we all arrive at the court house and.... no trials going on. Everyone sent home.

The courts are physically there, but legal aid cuts have decimated proceedings. Lack of court time isn’t caused by Colleen Rooney.

I agree about the chaos, but the court building thing doesn’t even matter that much, most court proceedings, including custody battles, could be conducted in a normal room with a maximum capacity of twelve or fifteen people.

Family matters are usually dealt with by a Family Court.

Not at the High Court (where I assume a high profile case such as this is being held).

Having read the proceedings to date in a quality newspaper yesterday yes it’s drivel.

Neither will be emotionally scared by the spat but I dare say one will be out of pocket to an obscene amount of money.

Cases such as this should be the subject of mediation in a small room in Bolton with no press allowed. I doubt the circus would have got this far if it was not in the high court.
