Good evening everyone , I’m working on my family history , on my great grandad , he was in the Royal Field/Horse Artillery in ww1 , he was awarded the British Medal & The Victory , I do know that they exsist but they are at a contacts house in France. In 1917 he was deprived of one days pays for using obscene language in front of his sergeant. I’ve also sent my dna sample off to Ancestry but it’s a 6-8 week for results .
