Cannot sleep either. I've just returned home after work redundancy down South. There I worked full time Nights, part of my 32 years in Night roles.
The change from Night to Day modes will take 6-9 months to adjust.

Thing is the only way it'd help me sleep is if I shoot my load, but I won't be able to go at it vigorously enough to do that without waking my wife. But it seems slow and steady wins the race.
I was edging for ages without trying. Best orgasm I've had in a long time.
