I dont know they just gave me mine in with my flu jab one year. Think they must decide if you need one or not

I was in hospital for a week with pneumonia a couple of years ago. Two other people in our block of flats got it as well, one went to hospital the day I came out, but the other didn't ring his Doctor. He is sadly no longer with us
