Hello all,

So I have now come to the realisation that we are probably going to be in lockdown for the rest of the year, so I need a hobby, do you guys have any ideas for me? X

Any dormant hobbies from your past?

Otherwise you could learn how to cook, bake, speak a few words of another language... read,paint,run.... and on and on...

Have fun

"Are you musical at all?"

I am trying. I brought an electric piano earlier in the year, but have been struggling with motivation to do it.

I've been trying to play the acoustic guitar for years but find it hard going ... had a mad Amazon moment last week and bought an electric lead guitar and amp which has brought massive smiles after only a couple of days. Love the noise it makes

I've been lucky that all my hobbies are introverted anyway. I do lots of reading & colouring, and occasionally I'll pick up Blox kits (like Lego but lots cheaper) from Wilkos, they're good when I want to be creative but not colour. I'm quite impatient and my fine motor skills aren't particularly good (dyspraxia!) so doing those kits improves my paitence and fine motor skills. Cheap too, got two quite small sets for £1.10 each and a medium one for £3.75 today, that's at least four evenings of entertainment right there.

You should be able to grow your own woolly knickers.

Am considering getting a piano, if only to annoy the clog-dancers upstairs.

Actually it would be good for my music studies too - theory and harmony.
