I've got some new potatoes roasting in t'oven... adding some scampi and peas to it for our dinner tonight...I'm achey and tired, so being lazy...

Still deciding whether to have a beveragino with it...gin or wine maybe?

What are you having?

Macaroni cheese because I looked in the fridge and discovered a lot of cheese and it needs to be used up in time for Christmas. So it's a 6 cheese macaroni and a green salad to try and cut through the richness. I can't wait because I'm starving.

Beans off toast, and beer.

Maybe some grated cheese sprinkled on the beans, if I feel like putting in the extra effort.

SE London

I did a kitchen cleanup on the weekend and had a fridge and freezer inspection.

I still have a lot of pasta from the first lockdown, so I decided to go through the freezer and see what I should eat first before stocking up for Christmas

I had pasta with tomato sauce and seafood, cooked with fresh onions, celery and the last parsley I could collect from the garden. Delicious and now I am stuffed and sleepy
