your username or your image??
As someone who changes their profile picture frequently id think i was more known by my username.
If someone changes their username i doubt i could recall very few people by their images especially if they change them often.
Do you have an 'iconic' profile image that people would recognise as you? |

I don’t think so. I think so many people come and go it would be hard to stand out. I recognise some forum users by images, like Annabelles bum picture  and I recognise names of peoples posts I enjoy reading or people that contribute regularly. |

I don't think there's any iconic photo as such, more iconic in a personal to the viewer sense? Ie person A could have a photo of some lips, to person B who also uses the fora it wouldn't mean anything but to person C they'd know it instantly. So that's not really iconic more just recognisable.
Anyway, like Frida I'd recognise people from the way they post and their name. A lot of the regular posters have a particular style and you can read it without seeing who and be like "oh that's such and such". Or words! Some posters use particular words and I'd know it was them from that. |

I change my avatar every so often but I only post on here intermittently so I know very few and even less know me.

Always used to be the avatar I had for ages when I first joined - the zebra stripe shadow one - then I think my username took precedence.
These days I doubt I'm recognised for either of those things by most.
Like Meli said though sometimes you can know people by their writing style know I've looked at text alone and known who exactly posted it |

I don’t think I’m particularly known for anything these days? I used to be well known as a hot photos picture tart - but that was ages ago. At the moment I guess some recognise my name - some my not so iconic profile picture - and some neither! |

I have no idea what image people would recall of mine? My name is a mish- mash of two (nothing exciting)....
I have one or two pics that are alright. I'm forever fighting with the "white balance" in colour pics cos of shitty yellow tinted bulbs I'm forced to buy (grrrrr.) I'm playing around with my mobile to get fuzzy pics but that pisses me off too!
Like black & white pics the best so mix and match, chop and change & mix with colour ones! Perhaps I'll get a lucky coincidence sometime for the definite one/ones!?????? |
