Pockets are one of the best things for putting things in, that you carry about on you in. They were first invented by Sir Terry Pockets in 1982, when he had enough of carrying his car keys, wallet and phone on his head. You find pockets on many garments of clothing like jeans and chinos. They say a man who doesn’t like to spend money has short arms and deep pockets, but I know many tight arses with long arms and shallow pockets, so I don’t think you can generalise. I always carry my wallet in my right hand side back pocket, anywhere else and it just feels weird, but hey that’s just me. Women don’t have pockets on their clothes that’s why they have to carry things around in a thing called a handbag, they keep all manner of shit in there, 98% of which they never use, but it’s there just in case. In recent times people have thought about inventing a handbag for men, or a man bag as it’s been referred to by some, but experts warn that a handbag for men is still along way off. Before a man goes out the house he taps his pockets to make sure he’s got everything, this is known as the triple pat, keys, wallet and phone, no man has left the house without these things and had to go back.
So in summary, do you like pockets, do you know anybody who’s got pockets, what are your favourite pockets, have you ever met someone who has pockets ? |

My sailing waterproof salopette trouser thingys have fleecy handwarmer pockets. I love those pockets ....they are my favourite pockets 
Ive also got a secret pocket but I cant tell you anymore about that one

There really is. Smart black work trousers that actually hold stuff in full pockets. There are never back pockets either. |
