I could be wrong but are you texting the word SWING in capitals I’m sure when I first tried I wasn’t doing that and that is what happened to me make sure you text it in capitals  I don’t know if that does make a difference but I’ve done it ever since... |

I only ever send Swing and it works everytime.
OP could be a premium rate block by network, like Vodafone people have had a few issues of all sorts of late
Or if pay and go you have to have the £5 plus network SMS charge as credit
Or is your bill capped? |
