Takes me quite a while for me to accept someone as 'genuine'
I can like them before then, chat with them before then, even warm to them before then
I've even shagged people I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw 'em
It is very rare for me to let them see 'me' though
I'd say only 3 or 4 have seen that in me
I am probably more open in the forums than I am away from them though, so you guys get to see more of me than casual users ever would |

Sadly it seems to be rare everywhere these days. Sometimes though that's because people just dont want to hear the genuine truth. "
Unfortunately it seems to be the case in all walks of life. I personally find dealing with bullshit extremely wearing. |

A very long time ago I learned that truth is different to everyone, as in my truth will be different to your truth. How people are with themselves is very relevant to how they are with others ... as goes for truths.
Though I view all online fab relationships with a healthy distance until you actually start meeting people, simply because why we're all here and how we all think of ourselves differs enormously so our "truths" will all be different!
Fab breaks are always a good thing as is stepping away from anything that isn't good for you at this point in life! Wishing you happiness xx |

It's right disheartening ain't it. Not just on here as in looking for people or any of that, but in general...it breaks your faith in humanity as a whole. Well does me anyway.
Yes this place is somewhere people can come to fulfil fantasies, but that's where the fantasy side should stop. Anything else is trickery, and I don't fucking like that shit.
I always think if someone coms you out of money there's consequences for them, if someone cons you out of your emotion and time there's fuck all consequence, yet to me that's the more costly of the two.

Take a break. I had what I thought was a beautiful ethical transparent poly thing going with two lads on here. One of them gave me an STD but both of them showed me negative test results and swore it wasn’t them. I lost trust in both of them as a result and two good friends in the process. I took a long long break after that. This site has made me more wary than I ever imagined but that is not a bad thing. |

We tend to chat a fair bit before we even think about meeting, just to establish some common ground and see what people are like before we arrange to meet.
Sadly because some people are shit, we tend to keep the defences up for a while regarding trust, but never say never. |
