watch him in the spencer tracy classic bad day at black rock.
played a bad tough guy in that and the acting was excellent.
most of a younger generation will remember him as the co-pilot in airwolf.
great actor. |

Really good film, Marty. Was repeated for a while on Film4 not too long ago.
Anyone seen his inter_iew on one of the US chat shows recently where he put down his great longevity to wanking a lot????

i would like to think he would be remembered for better roles than bloody airwolf lol
he got an oscar for a movie called "marty",a lonely unattractive butcher looking for love.he was in the poiseden adventure,from here to eternity,the vikings,the dirty dozen to name but a few,a fantastic actor who normally had the role of the rough n tough bad guy,but could also play the milder loving more gentle roles,i am sure if you google his name you will see countless movies you recofnise and perhaps forgot he was in |
