So im having an odd day. Im very emotional and tearful which despite my mental illness my mood is out of character.
Sometimes my life is difficult but today ive been thinking about how lucky i am compared to some people.
I do think about other people a lot and try and help where i can.
But today im sat with just a lamp on in my big comfy chair in silence in my nice warm house surrounded by my three cats wondering what to get my wonderful grandson for christmas.
To those that have lost jobs, homes and families my heart goes out to you. Im thinking about you. Ive decided on monday im going to do a bit extra to help the (wonderful) community i live in. I will spend tomorrow thinking what i can do.
I know ive waffled on and not really sure why im posting this. Just to say those having difficult times my thoughts are with you |

OP we had a very similar conversation on our walk today. We really have not been impacted by all this covid at all apart from not being able to go for meals and beer when we want. We have also decided we are going to do more for others less fortunate than us. |
