Spent most of it dancing contemporary style to some great tracks...skyfall and writing on thexwall are great for contemp style...really really missing dancing with others. So bodys had lots of leg n torso stretching. Pity am not able to load vids on here

So what about your day..how many of you have danced away the blues

Its been blowing a hooley out there today so housework mainly, caught up with bake off, after child free time came I had a lady wank and a nap, then pizza and chips and now watching the hobbit with wine and BJ phish food icecream

Slept off and on til about 1,

Pottered about then just finished my profile pic photo shoot,added pic's,

Now quick bath then dinner chilling evening and work tomorrow night

Lounged in bed until mid morning then a good country walk, delicious coffee cake once home, now it’s pasta and garlic bread with a gifted bottle of wine which will be followed by movie and chocolate and then burning all the calories off in bed

Walked down to the local lake with brother and the dog, then ran back home again.

Wasted the afternoon catching up on Mock The Week and Midsomer Murders, just been shopping where I bought twice as much alcohol as food, have got some work to do now and a presentation to start scripting, might do a bit of ironing later and then think about something to eat

I've just moved so I'm discovering how much of my garden budget is being sidelined for blocked gutters, broken sockets, knackered windows and unpacking boxes, building beds and cleaning.

I have a cracking coffee pot which provides me with constant hot coffee to a_eliorate the bruises I'm fast collecting, falling halfway down the steep stairs wasnt my finest moment but I did have a bit of a jig when I got to the bottom

My customer is trying to convince me a bit of paint over the windows will be fine. Fair enough except theres no wood that can be painted as they re rotten. A virtual dance sounds cool
