These grip my shit as well.
Think people do it as a space filler.
It’s as much use as tits on a frog.
Half of them talk about Facebook not this site.
It does fuck all. Actually really puts me off profiles. |

I say my pictures etc can not be used by external sources without my permission.
Some tgirl friends I have had had their pictures copied and fake profiles set up here and elsewhere. I also watermark my pictures now to stop this.
If anything it's more so a deterrent |

Do you really think a pic stealer is even going to read it, let alone it not being legally binding in any way shape or form.

People are socially influenced. Newcomers see them and assume it's appropriate. It probably gives them a sense of knowing what they are doing. (Despite their profile overall saying otherwise). It's a comfort blanket for people new into the big bad world of depravity.

And you are missing the point.
If my picture is downloaded, watermark is removed, a fake profile set up with that picture, then it's easily recognised as a fake as my original picture is watermarked.
Using watermarks makes it easier to spot fake profiles |

And you are missing the point.
If my picture is downloaded, watermark is removed, a fake profile set up with that picture, then it's easily recognised as a fake as my original picture is watermarked.
Using watermarks makes it easier to spot fake profiles "

Its like the song says " just in case "..in the internet era who really knows whos doing what with anything anyone puts up on the internet and maybe people treat it like the small print in real life , you know the type where you think you have a genuine case but then they go..sorry but unfortunately because of the little thing written here its null and void..its just something that some use on their profile and others dont..its a no big deal for me if l see it up on someones profile, if it floats their boat who am l to sink it ... this one time l had met a lady on a different site and later on the same site l was chatting to another lady who sent me her photo but it was a photo of the first lady l had met. |

Wow (no disrespect) I was on the naughty step once for say I knew a few dogging sites of a road that is over 60 miles long.
Yet I saw a photo shot of abusive messages and they said we can’t name and shame.
In the eyes of the law, that is exposer, not a blame and shame.
We have all human idiocies, that includes the mods.
They do a fantastic job.... most of the time, yet they are human.
Abuse is a problem on here, technology can stop it.

The internet is full of people who pretend to be people they are not.
I have a tgirl friend who thought she was meeting a 30yr old (based on pics and before Covid) he was 70.
Another went to a meet (again before Covid) for a meet with a couple, there were 5 lads waiting to gangbang her and she had to fight her way out the door.
People set up fake profiles for dangerous purposes.

This is why we are doing the watermark thing.
We don't want some nutter using our pictures to lure someone to a dodgy meet.
Hopefully as per Admin advice, any fake accounts can be spotted etc.
We are doing it for the protection of others here.
