As I'm sure people are aware who follow the forums, I regularly place pics up, my scar is never really something I've thought about, though in some pics, I've started to look, and really realise how obvious it is |

In my opinion, scars make us who we are. I would say that as someone that has literally hundreds, and I like them on other people. Do I know if ladies like them or think they are sexy? I dunno. But we are who we are. They add to us.

I have a few scars from injuries, 1 on my thigh and 1 on my groin as well as a load of small ones all over my body. If people ask i tell them where they come from, for yeaes i hated them and was embarrassed by them but now i dont care and alot of people who've seen them aren't bothered by them. |

I have scarring on my face, one of my lower eyelids is pulled down (it often doesn't shut fully when I'm asleep apparently) to me it is very obvious and I hate face pics of me. If I'm taking a selfie I'll always try and squint slightly to even my eyes up.
Everyone I mention it to says they don't see it - they're either just used to it or telling me lies

"The strangest thing is, I don't even know how I got mine,...I was circumsized at a young age, but you don't get a scar like that from being circumsized so it baffles me "
that’s odd you don’t know.
I guess that means you can make ip your own story.
Shark attack?
Wrestling an alligator?
Saving kittens from a burning building? |

I have a scar on a finger from an axe... You wouldn't really notice it unless I told you it was there and it is a couple of inches long but scars shouldn't be seen as a turn off. |

I've looked at your pics quite a bit but never noticed it until now.
I have a scar on my neck from surgery when I was 17. I forget about it most the time but when I see it in pics it bothers me sometimes x |

I know we are always told that scars are what makes us, and I appreciate that this statement is so true, though in our thoughts, we always have that small thought of doubt, what they might be thinking...
And btw I got mine saving a child from the top of a tree and ripped my pubic area on a branch |

I've got a number of scars. It's a sign of a life lived.
Ironically I felt quite ashamed of some of my (tiny) surgical scars, until I got myself a much bigger one. Something about gynaecological surgery being secret.
Nope. If you can see the scars you can deal with the fact that I have lady bits *shrug* Nothing to be ashamed of |

My body has a hysterectomy scar, scars from various other surgeries, stretch marks from pregnancies and weight loss. They are part of me and are my life tattoos.
If someone didn't like those then we are not compatible as two individuals, nevermind as lovers.
I do have body insecurities not needed to be mentioned now and these make me feel weak and vulnerable, I won't add my life tattoos to that list.

Have never thought of it looking sexy, I've just always thought a woman would see it,...and wonder"

I would never stop you tracing it with my tongue, I'm actually massively turned on when a woman does trace that area, I even find it more of a turn on then a blow job "

Can't see my latest gynae scar but you can feel it with fingers or a penis
All my others are surgery related and honestly I forget I have them and wouldn't even think about someone else noticing or caring. I have multiple scars from a fundoplication surgery, an appendicectomy scar, a laparoscopy scar and enough stretch marks to confuse me with a zebra but *shrug*
OP - honestly I wouldn't know you had a scar, all I'm seeing is what looks like your abdomen creasing due to your position. |

I think we all worry about something, like that... Takes a long time to get over/through some things. There's lots that can make us feel ugly, when we're not, mental aswell as physical |

I have a 6" scar on my ankle and a 4" scar on the inside leg after having an ORIF procedure. Plates one side, pins the other.
If you press down you can feel the plate and screws through the skin |

I've a 15inch scar going down & a 4 inch scar across on my leg. Shattered my knee cap so I've nice big scar. I get very conscious about it only wear trousers to cover it up. Even on holiday I try to cover it as much as I can. But scars don't put me off others. Thankfully it didn't put S off me lol |

I have scars on my knees, legs, arms, all from coming off bikes both types.
I have a rather fetching operation scar on my abdomen, this was due to having a testicle removed due to cancer. No one has commented on it. |

Chicks Dig Scars
or so the t-shirt says. They don't bother me at all. I have a few myself from adrenalin sports in the past, operations and youth antics. None are very obvious though. They're part of your life story.

I guess how people react to the quite often depends on the scar itself.
Personally, I like hearing the stories around them. Gives a person a bit more character.
The only largish scar I have is on my head (luckily under my hairline) from when I was a kid and fell and cracked my head open on a the corner of a concrete post.
The scar itself isn't really that big, but the invisible crack in my skull runs from the top of my nose to the middle of my head. Oddly, I quite like running a finger along the groove
The thing I find funny about it though is that as I grew up, the scar moved with my skin and no longer lines up with the crack in my skull. |

I have a scar on my right thigh from a stupid knife incident.
No one ever sees it as no one gets that intimate lol
I also have a scar on my head. Usually hidden by my hair but is getting more exposed as time goes by lol
I'm happy with them both...they are part of my life story |

I had keyhole surgery just over a year ago, three scars on my belly and one on my bikini line. I’ve set a photo as my profile photo that shows the belly ones a year on - they’re very small and not very noticeable, I hope that might help to reassure you that yours will be just fine as well. |

Scars don't bother me, they make me curious but I won't ask for fear of making the person uncomfortable. I have a few, they aren't very noticeable but I can see them so I can get insecure about them, never had anyone actually mention them though and I hide them in my pictures. I have stretch marks aswell which I'm slowly learning to not let them bother me. |
