So what’s everyone’s opinion on the dad bod look, I see a lot of guy on here are ripped to death must just eat grass - but what’s the opinion in the dad bod? |

Isn't it considered a bit of a myth than people like a hard body? I mean they're fun for a while, but then you start to feel like you have to live up to it, which isn't comfortable for a lot of people.
Dad bods are comfy on many levels. |

Yeh, I wondered about that too.
I think a lack of knowledge of some basic dietary biochemistry there...
... irrespective of gender, a looked-after body is something I respect because it requires commitment, hard work and a willingness to challenge oneself. I think those, in themselves, are admirable qualities. |

And I realize this will be an unpopular opinion because some will think it's directed at them (which likely says more about those people than it does me so perhaps bear that in mind before firing off at me simply for expressing it...) but where many see 'comfortable' I see 'complacency'.
I also see it as a sign of respect for whoever I'm with that I take care of myself. |

I wanted to say all that.
Basically I dont have a dad bod because I get off my arse and go train.
Before people say they dont have the time.
I work away from home on weekdays, I have 3 kids and 7 grandkids and I find the time to find an hour a day to look after my body. |

Yes, exactly. It IS possible - for most people, if not all - if they decide it's important enough.

You can have the most perfect or whatever anyone classes as the perfect body and still have an ugly personality I like the dad body or a toned body tattoos and beards are just an added bonus  |

Of course - personality is expressed in many ways, and aspects of it can be found in how a person physically presents themselves. But it's not always the same underlying reason for what is superficially the same appearance... |

Dad bod - tick
Beard - tick
Tattoos - cross
My body shape changes a bit depending on whether I’m training or not. Up until the first lockdown I was training regularly, but haven’t since. I don’t have anything like the level of equipment at home to maintain my old routines. |

All I know from here is I spent the last 3 years or son on here being over weight and got very little interest even when I messaged first, since losing 4 stone this year and updating my profile photo, I wake up on a daily basis to at least one wink, and one message. This was unheard of for me before this. |

Each to their own on what people like. Some want gym fit, if you dont match what they're looking for, move on.

Another hairy dad bod here, although it's not as big as it was as I've lost 2 stone in the last 6 months.
No tattoos, though, and I sometimes have stubble when I can't be arsed to shave but it's not a good look on me so it goes again whenever I'm trying to impress |

I'm a dad, been one for two decades now. I have a body. I'm not sure the phrase dad bod is anything more than a polite way to describe a chunky build.
Instead of saying fat or chunky we are bloody awesome, we say BBW, fabulous, rugby build and dad bod. We are so amazingly polite. Go is. |

I dont get it. I thought abs was a sign to females that the man is good in bed,long lasting and full of energy. I still think that's the case. I blame just eat and all the processed foods in the supermarket. Just because the majority of the population is now overweight dont make it right.

One of the better things I find in the kink scene is that its less about what you look like and more about your abilities, and willingness fo do things.
That doesn’t mean that people cannot have their own physical preferences/attractions for people, but it does mean that my dad bod, beard and tattoos are not blockers as much as they can be here. |
