A good set of arms is usually appreciated by many a fabber.
Ladies, my question to you is are you drawn to a good set of "guns" that strong biceps typify, or do you prefer strong and well defined triceps?
Or do you prefer a good set of both where they're in good proportion to one another?
(Yes, i'm in the gym contemplating this atm

Triceps are the larger muscle so greater size there will add more to the overall effect, if that helps. I'd be inclined to proportion being vital however. |

My theory is
Its irrelevant and the gym is no place for playing on a phone |

Au contraire, it's a question that keeps me up at night, along with "are ladies more attracted to hanky or panky, or should attention be paid to both equally" |

I can genuinely understand the conundrum
It really should not matter as both should be train appropriately so they balance one another as to avoid muscle imbalance issues as one ages x
Also its generally considered by the forums a faux pas to alter ones body simply to please a particular demographic xx
Usually it may be suggested if one does not spend ones time in the gym thinking and then typing out such questions the question itself would not need to be asked |

"I'll go with briceps
Seriously tho, I don't mind, but I do like the "strong" look.
Might sound daft but makes me feel safe "
I've seen that mentioned before by others. |

Totally vain type of person asking these kind of questions. Oooh look at me do you prefer my guns or my pecs. Neither is the answer. I'd take a dad bod with a sense of humour over a gym bunny type that's clearly only interested in how he's viewed. |

Although I kinda agree
Tad severe I guess you also like to dress to impress I'm not exactly sure wanting to be desired is the crime you portray
Obvs a person should have the stability and self determination that they dont need reassurance of strangers x |

No i don't dress to impress. I dress dependent on how I feel and I don't feel the need for reassurance of others. Some look at me at think I'm a guy in a dress and some look at me and go phwoar she'd get it lol. I think asking others on your bod is so vain it's untrue. I've literally had it in a bar and they've got angry because I've told them sorry no not interested then happily spoke to the dad bod type simply because they aren't interested in them but interested in me. |

I think you're trying to attribute personally types to body types
I think we will all encounter good and bad in both so called dad bod and gym bod
Would you directly call me narcissistic just on my profile pic ?

There are certainly many reasons to lift, and while I bemoan the bros getting in my way (who usually get their knickers in a twist that yeah, I'm not going for the puny weights and I am going to need them to move)... it's a tremendous hobby. I've enjoyed getting to know my body better. It helps my anxiety. I take (I hope) a quiet pride in my achievements - I've never had exercise really work for me before. I started taking lifting seriously to correct balance issues after an injury, and fell in love |

I had a lot of face pics but removed them as someone was getting close to me so removed them and all that's left is legs etc. They aren't seducing at all. There is a big difference between yours and mine where yours are meant to impress mine are just there lol. I'll send you a face pic to prove my point |
