It has been brought to my attention by a certain member of this site (non photo verified) that the rules of this game clearly discriminate against a vast wave of site users. The unnamed site member would dearly love to take part but as being non photo verified and contravene the rules (...or rule) they are unfortunately disqualified from all participation. They came me in confidence to make a formal approach to the OP to see if there is any form of exemption that could include them from taking part. Or if there is an appeals process ... or some kind of ombudsman they can take their case to for scrutiny
