Sorry to hear OP. Have you tried turning it off, leaving for a bit and then back on again?

Hope your day improves

Headphone with your favourite playlist a bang out a home work out

After your minds clear promo promo promo might have something come up tomorrow paying double

I’m in a similar boat I had everything lined up for last week and had to reschedule because of this new lockdown

Also look into crypto if you got spare cash laying around you might be able to make a little on the side with that

North West

Spent all morning on Teams calls, being told to plan for a scenario in January that we already know is totally unrealistic, but senior management say that's what we plan for. Our SMT make BoJo look like a top expert in forward planning

Maybe we do

I'm being told to plan timetables and staffing for only 25% of the students we know have signed up for Jan

I can't fix pc's either! It wasted most of my weekend but it's good that they worked again as it would have been expensive to get a man in.

Oh crikey! They still need teaching though?

I'm not in education thankfully. I'd be even crapper at that than I am in my current job. We work to unrealistic timelines on things that are unlikely to ever happen.

Sounds like I work for Boris.

They always tell us unrealistic numbers, I always ignore them and do my own thing but I need to recruit to teach the whole lot and I'm not being given budget to recruit

If it's a laptop remove the battery, disconnect from the mains and hold the on button down for a couple of minutes, it clears static build up.
