I need at least a couple of hours. Wake up, half hour in bed, slow breakfast, half hour mooching around. I like a slow morning.

Depends. I can haul ass real quick when needed, but I prefer to take my time and not rush. I’m not a morning person.

45 minutes between waking and leaving the house. 1hr if I have the kids to get ready.

If I over sleep (rare) I have been up and out the door in 5 minutes.

Me and my youngest daughter are like your ex, in fact during lockdown #1 I was taking her to work for 4am and we often set the alarm 2 minutes before we needed to leave the house. Last few years at school she would set her alarm for 8;30 and leave the house at 8:35. Mrs and older 2 daughters need hours

I snooze my alarm for half an hour before I even consider opening my eyes

"I snooze my alarm for half an hour before I even consider opening my eyes "

I set 2 alarms, 1 at 5.00am as warning,

5.45am to get up, then have coffee, go to the toilet/ shower/ get ready and then at 7.00am out of the door to work.

Routine.

Deepest darkest Peru

That all depends on how many times I’ve hit the snooze button

I have to set different t tones on my alarm and have them on randaom times or I just fall back asleep and can ignore them also have to put phone away from the bed so I physically have to get up to snooze it

Nightmare!

20 minutes minimum, 30 mins if I want to wear makeup, an hour if I need to wash my hair.

If you struggle try these , put your alarm out of reach so you have to get out of bed to switch it off . Never use snooze or multiple alarms , it’s really bad and actually makes you more tired and ill. There’s a space rocket blast off meditation for getting out of bed , it’s on the internet , it works.
