45 minutes between waking and leaving the house. 1hr if I have the kids to get ready.
If I over sleep (rare) I have been up and out the door in 5 minutes. |

Me and my youngest daughter are like your ex, in fact during lockdown #1 I was taking her to work for 4am and we often set the alarm 2 minutes before we needed to leave the house. Last few years at school she would set her alarm for 8;30 and leave the house at 8:35. Mrs and older 2 daughters need hours |

"I snooze my alarm for half an hour before I even consider opening my eyes "
I set 2 alarms, 1 at 5.00am as warning,
5.45am to get up, then have coffee, go to the toilet/ shower/ get ready and then at 7.00am out of the door to work.
Routine.

If you struggle try these , put your alarm out of reach so you have to get out of bed to switch it off . Never use snooze or multiple alarms , it’s really bad and actually makes you more tired and ill. There’s a space rocket blast off meditation for getting out of bed , it’s on the internet , it works. |
