Hello all, hoping someone can help. Does anyone use a mobile network provider that they genuinely recommend from a customer service perspective?

I’m with Vodafone currently and it’s a pretty consistent mess of incorrect billing, long winded processes, poor communication (ironically for a communications company), lack of information, etc, etc.

I’m sure most folk have experienced this at some point but maybe someone out there is doing a good job.

I've gone away from my contract (with 02) on my personal phone, as they were awful. Gone to a PAYG with GiffGaff now as there is zero messing with them. My works phone is contract with Voda and it's just diabolical, coverage is naff and they're forever messing around with the bill!

I have been using 3 for a few years now and never had any problems. I do buy an ex display iPhone and then have a 1 year contract with them just for the network. I used to have giffgaff but as I spend time in France as well it started to get expensive as Europe wasn’t included.

I use Tesco PAYG Rocket Packs. I've always used PAYG as I prefer to buy second hand phones. Never had a problem and they use the O2 mobile network.
