Technology question

With Vodafone adult content unblocked

I still can’t get on here unless I’m connected to my wi fi

And suggestions?

Since the block was lifted have you switched the phone off and back on again?

I’m Vodafone and it works fine without wi-fi after block was removed.

From Vodafone support:

'Give it 10 minutes, then restart the device. Your settings should update – and you should get a text from us confirming they have. Sometimes this can take up to 24 hours.'

Same problem. You need to contact customer support. Even removing the adult block via the customer portal or app doesn't work xx

I had it once where they stated they'd removed it but a later call to them revealed it hadn't been done for some reason.
