you should only buy flowers for a funeral.
soon as you send a woman flowers she knows your a walk over.
next its that shopping trip on your credit card.

dammit, ive only ever had flowers from my grandma, usually cos they are reduced at Morrisons*

I once bought a male friend flowers and a bottle of whiskey for his birthday. The whiskey went down well as expected. The flowers he said were a lovely surprise and brightend his day.

My partner loved a bit of a bright splash of colour around his house, so I'd take him flowers, even sent him a dozen roses.
I still buy male friends flowers if I know they like them.
You can get very masculine arrangements in florists these days.

Not at all. It is most delightful to receive flowers, especially if you cook. I think it shows a bit of class if done in the right way. In the wrong way it can be just as scarey for a woman. |

We have some strange societal norms. Why do we only consider it normal for men to give women flowers and not the other way round.
I think it's a lovely gesture but has only happened as house warming gift from family. |
