Been putting the time in the gym recently and trying to improve my overall figure. I've seen creatine being recommended in the past. Anyone hear use it, does it work or has anyone had any negative side effects with it?
Also if you do use creatine so you take any other supplements with it? |

I've only just started using creatine in the past few weeks with a pre workout about an hour before I went to the gym so haven't noticed the difference yet.
I have noticed though that it does help me push through a bit more compared to when I haven't taken it so I reckon that may be one of the main benefits of it |

It’s well researched and proven to work. Little evidence in the way of side effects.
Wouldn’t be expecting miracles but helps muscle absorb and hold water.
I take 5mg everyday. I don’t cycle with higher amounts or anything |

Probably the most researched supplement ever. Cheap. Easy to take. Shown to have loads of benefits including non training such as some cognitive improvements.
Take 5g per day. For ever. No need to cycle on and off |

I find it helps with recovery; I use it post run, cycle or swim
I do follow the cycle regime and have periods where I don’t take it.
Also look at Amino Acid supplements as well |

I use it can help with slight strength gain but you have to drink plenty of water it helps your muscles retain water in turn making you look like your muscles are bigger. It’s not a must and really you don’t need it. But can be beneficial just need to try it out and see if it works for you. |
