Good afternoon everyone , how are you today ? I’m working on my family history & trying to find information about a relation on my great grandmas side, which I’ve found on Ancestry, my great grandad - John William Chappell was in the Royal Field/Horse Artillery in the First World War, in 1917 he was deprived of one days pay for using obscene language infront of his sergeant. |

See if you can locate the source of the headache. Muscle tension? If so, loosen the muscles with a hot shower and gently stretch them.
Lots of fluid and some fresh air. Sleep if you need it.
Self massage does wonders. I really like this channel, I was going to share a video but the random string tripped a banned word. Self massage for headaches, migraine, anxiety sort of thing.

I've done my xmas photo for chillout, did my doorstep 2 mins silence, been on a walk through the woods, talked to my DD for the precious few minutes he could give me.
