Hi has anyone used a massage mat the ones that vibrate massage and heat are they any good many thanks

I have one only good for short term relief. I also lay it flat on floor and may in it so my spine is right against it

Any relief is better than none. I hit the co codamol when I was in agony.

I would have tried anything at the time as the pain was so bad.

Hot and cold shower helps. Its been the only pain that has me close to tears

Thanks for the replies been on a heat pad took 2 paracetamol at tea time and 2 co codamol at 3:30 this morning. Its a on going problem with me I get flare ups. Got tramadol in reserve. I normally go swimming three times a week but due to lock down can't go

Out of desperation I tried switching and at first it felt like it aggravated it. I do believe it was the swimming which finally eased the pain.

We have a sort of spiky massage mat that helps with back pain x
