Women. Would you have a boob job (obviously not for medical reasons) just for self confidence.
Guys would you have a hair transplant if you was going bald (obviously not for medical reasons) for self confidence.
Me personally I wouldn’t have a hair transplant if I ever needed one. I’m happy in my skin and wouldn’t change a thing  |

I love my tits and wouldn't surgically enhance but women do for all kinds of reasons, and if it boosts her confidence and makes her feel good then hell yes
Same with hair implants, you just never know what people go through or their reasons for having it done.
Their body, their rules.
