I have always wondered which is better to send... I sometimes send winks because I dont want to annoy ladies with messages they will probably never read, and if they like what they see they can wink back and then i know to message..... but then i sometimes wonder if it is better to send a message than a wink as its maybe more polite...
what do the ladies prefer? |

Always happy to receive either..but winks look like people cant be bothered sending a message..
Messages are fine providing they are not generic as in 'love you profile, please add us to your friends list' type..
If we get friends invites without a brief message explaining why they want to add us we just delete unread and block.

We prefer messages coz we find it more polite but then sometimes I think why not wink coz then they can see if they are interested with out having to write out yet another 'no thankyou' message :-/ lol we know how annoying and time consuming it can be lol xx |

we dont mind winks , and use them alot and not out of lazyness , but after typing a few sentances in mail to get no reply at all, so we think winks are a great way to see if a interest is out there, after return wink we,ll send a mail with a couple of sentances and our face pics then we take things from there,
so thumbs up for winks |

"Tend to ignore winks. If someone cannot be bothered to string a couple of sentences together we cannot be bothered to pay any attention"
I've never understood this way of thinking.
When here as a couple we have received winks that developed into a meet which was good enough to proceed to several meets.
It went something like this.....
We received wink, we checked out the profile and thought looked good and so we winked back, they then took this as an open invite to chat and so messaged, several messages later we had arranged a meet.
Winks are a part of this site and so are likely to be used by at least some members. |
