newcastle social tonight and I have come down with a bit of a cold.... I need ways of getting well quickly so I can try and be the best me I can......
have red bull, ribena and lots of max strength cold and flu tablets...
any thing else???
p.s any female nurses in those short skirts... pm me!!!  |

Sauna, failing that a hot bath. keep hydrated, lots of vitamin c. I always think a hot curry helps but pre-social that is arguably somewha tunsocial advice! |

I swear by Lemsip Max Strength tabs if I get ill. Seriously i've been dying some times but a couple of them before work some nights and I seem to do more physically than I do normally on them lol.
I know they contain caffiene but they are fucking good. |

Try Sudafed 12 hours. Hate missing work and they do the trick for me. Has to be a really bad virus to stop me. |

Been used on the continent and even been prescribed by GP for decades. Its good stuff - and while available over the counter should not be used on a permanent basis. Powerful immune booster!

Its funny you should say that, I understand it is better taken right at the onset but I was told that even during the course of a cold/ flu... it can still help?
