The USA has always prided itself as a defender of democracy as the epitome of the power of the people .... I can’t help think it has now descended into a global joke! A system that is sooooo chaotic that the will of the people is now likely to be resolved by Lawyers!!, in a country that is completely divided and screwed up... clearly there are still tensions and they haven’t learned the lessons from Lincoln / Jefferson and Grant / Lee all those years ago!!
I recall well the series of Omen films charting the rise of Damian Thorn ... I can’t help thinking Donald Trump is nothing more than a modern day Damian Thorn- with a very bad hairdo!
