Hey joined a few weeks back and messaged a few people but find most don't get read and no reply. How can I improve the rate of reply.
I do read profile before messaging
I normally send somthing like hey up for a chat or similar. Nothing rude or abusive. |

You probably joined at the wrong time - when most aren't actively looking to meet up
There are a sea of men out there, 'standing out' isn't easy at the best of times
Your messaging sounds uninteresting and unlikely to inspire many responses
I won't critique your profile as you haven't asked, but being negative about yourself isn't going to entice people in
Negativity is rarely sexy
Stick around though, join in the forums, have a look at some guys profiles - see what they're doing that you aren't  |

Firstly always remember that people will often look at your profile before even considering looking at your message or if they're able to read the whole message without opening it may not even do that - so make sure your shop window (your profile) is as well dressed as it can be.
In general terms though when guys say they are struggling to get replies it comes down to one, some or all of the following not being right:
Profile - as mentioned above make sure it sells you well, and helps you stand out from the crowd and entices people enough to want to find out more.
Pictures - again ensure they sell you well, show off your body in the right way and aren't just a series of cock pics.
Attitude - be as positive as you can be at all times in messages, your profile, forum posts etc
Approach - find the right one for you, it doesn't have to be about sending blind messages (in four years I've sent precisely six of them) the forums and chat rooms are a great way to get to know people and them you and often spark private conversations - when COVID allows get along to group socials and clubs which are another good way to get to know people without blind messaging.
Expectations - set these as low as possible in terms of meeting people and then turn them down another notch
Get the above right and it won't guarantee a thing, but it will improve your experience and perception of the site, get them wrong and you'll be continually disappointed and frustrated. |

Your profile pic is a bit weird.
If you are going to message someone new put some time and effort into it, it’s like writing a letter, doesn’t need to be massive but normally a one liner won’t work, but it needs to be really good.
You only really get one chance to make an impression, don’t waste it. You might get a second chance if they are forgetful but if the first message didn't grab them the second one is unlikely too even if it’s months later. |

We've had 6 different guys message with similar openers in the last hour...
It's boring!!!
Make your messages interesting and stand out a bit and you may get a reply or 2
