How many is too many in a day.
Somedays I come on and the same person is just filling the place up, it drives me off again for days at a time.
I thought there was a spamming rule? When does this come into force?
5? 10? I have seen 1 person make more than 10 a day |

Yes it can be annoying. Some folk just say anything to say something and it all becomes a bit childish. I just respond to things of interest and let them get on with it as it obviously keeps others amused which can only be a good thing. |

I don't see why not make more threads. If some people find them interesting by all means, post your heart out
But also please send me booty pics, thank you. |

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest |
At times, a number of Op's and the latest comment on threads will be from the same person.
Perhaps they have too much free time on their hands or they just crave attention / exposure? Does make me eye roll but i'll just tend to ignore.

It doesn’t bother me or affect my forum use to be honest. If someone makes a lot of threads in a short period of time they may be lonely or having other problems. |

I know I post fat to many threads at times I think for me it's that I work alone all day and when I'm home once my children are in bed I'm on my own again so posting is avway to keep me entertained and engaging with other adults but I know I might do a bit to much x |

The eternal forum question. It all depends how much interaction there is on the threads.
If it's a slow time with not many people on then you notice that one person has put up a few threads.
If it's a faster time then you don't notice so much and if the threads don't get much interaction they'll move off page 1 quicker.
If the majority of people like them and they get a lot of interaction then whose to they've put up too many - only the mods.
Of course the flipside is there being too few threads ... |

To me - it depends if they are useless threads, points of interest or just a bit of fun.
.
I join in on the ones i want to and avoid the ones i don't like.
.
I'll make an exception if the threads are about blue underwear. |

They're easy enough to scroll past...I take the view that if people want or need attention that badly leave them to it. |

Depends on the thread subject and how they manage it.
Sometimes the subject is dull but the dialogue makes it better;
some pose a thread then say nothing and others the OP wants to micro manage conversation to justify their rhetorical point;
Some are by a clique for a clique.
We rarely consider who started the discussion when browsing, just the topic. Hence rarely notice "how many?", bar some of the more obvious trouble seeking ones |

I post a lot on stuff that’s of interest to me, others multi post on faf, wink if you Etc etc etc.
Do I care or think they should stop with the forum playing?
Nah, I’ll stick to the ones I like & avoid the ones I don’t

Thing is we dont know whats going of in someones life. It might be the only interaction they get all day.
The stupid pointless ones that say nothing threads i just ignore regardless of whose posted it.
The only thing that annoys me is when sensible posts get shifted to the bottom.
Having said that other people like the pointless ones as they are always popular. Some people use the forums as escapism |

Depends on what the posts are. If they are great topics then I don't mind but if it's the standard "looking for" over and over again it gets tiresome |
Reply privately (thread closed by moderator) | |
I think people should be able to use the forum's as they wish as long as it's not causing any real harm. Sure I may role my eyes at yet another thread but these things don't bother me, it's really not a big deal for me |

10 isn't excessive for a day
The spamming rule is more starting many threads in one go, we had one man once who started so many threads there were none from anyone else on the first three pages, that would be against rules, or bumping many older threads for the hell of it.
If you think someone is breaking those rules report the threads please |
