I tend to see hogties as one of those first ties people learn along with the Kikkou/Karada.
But at the end of the day it: (a) depends on what turns the bottom on; and (b) interests the top.
For me a hogtie would be at the start or end of a scene. But these days I don't tie them and they are not good for impact or sensation.
Also they need to be tied in the right way for the physical abilities of the bottom not to cause harm. |

Dragonfly gets my vote, add in a spreader bar and a pony to lay you over and there is a whole world of fun to be had!
