What drink do you have bedside incase you wake up in the night with dry mouth?
I have a mate that has a coffee bedside and if he doesn't wake up during the night hell have it first thing in a morning  ...I'm contemplating new mates.
I personally have a pint of cordial. |

I'm a fan of iced coffee with protein after an early gym workout, but first coffee of the day has to be hot. Helps warm up the evil! |

Iced coffee is ok cos it’s meant to be cold, normal coffee that has cooled of though  |

Me too! I hardly ever wake up during the night, let alone with a dry mouth. Besides, water is vile stuff |

I wake up frequently during the night and often stay awake for an hour or so, mainly due to pain but also due to a very dry mouth, dry eyes and a terrible cough which often causes me to heave. It's because i have an auto immune disease (Sjogrens Syndrome) which, among other things, causes dry mouth and eyes. |
