So what unique ideas can we think of for when all the gyms are closed?
Bicep curls with the sofa?
Deadlifts with the fridge?
Turkish get up with a suitcase with bricks in it?

If by bulking you mean "supporting local small business hit hard by lockdown", I've been doing that, will stop on Wednesday, then I'll start shredding now I can't lift so heavy |

I was just staring out my weight journey after doing months of cardio and not really getting anywhere so I’m feeling deflated to be Honest, and I’ve not idea what I can do at home or use, any tips xx kazz |

Although this is a bit of a jokey thread as I rarely am serious, I was actually hoping there may be some serious suggestions. As it can be demotivating training at home. |

They can imitate some of what you can do with weights but are cheaper and easier to come by.
I was even using some in the gym for assisted dips because the machine was in use. After I stopped swaying after jumping onto the fucker |
