Younger men, older women... I'd love to be a "sugar daddy" but have I got the dynamic wrong?

I genuinely thought it was about the "daddy" inspiring, introducing and teaching the younger lady about the finer things in life! Yes, I'm not stupid, sex was involved but not as a "payback" but part of a caring relationship.

Am I naive?
