I have one of those, but my kitchen/dining room is fairly large, the north wall is mainly single-glazed windows, and the ceiling is about 12', so a lot of space to heat. Can't do anything with the glazing as it's a grade 2 listed building. I'll have to put a jumper and trousers on instead of tee shirt and shorts  | |||

I invested in sweaters and sit with a blanket over my knees. We've not notched the heating up yet (it's on but just background warming) and we've been WFH since March  | |||

" Yeah, I have pretty much given up on my garden until the Spring aside from picking up leaves. The original lockdown at least was in the Spring/Summer & gardening was something I did a lot of! | |||
