To do exactly the same as now. Work to keep our jobs for the long term. This isn't going to change anything much for us

Hefty Hideaway

I’m lucky in that nothing changes except my social life is dead as a dodo. I’m still a key worker and uni is still business as usual.

I’d very much like this to be over soon though.

During the first lockdown I was so busy at work that I didn't even notice a difference...it will be the same now.

Manchester (she/her)

Get my yoga mat out again instead of going to the gym. Apart from that not much change.

Plus side, I'll get a lie-in every morning as I'll be working from home instead of the 40 mile round trip.

Downside - I'll have to put my heating on all day as my house is a cold place and the only place I can work is at my dining table, which is north-facing, so never gets the sun.

I bought a small portable heater which I have under my desk and it's literally life saver. Our house was never warm enough for me.

I have one of those, but my kitchen/dining room is fairly large, the north wall is mainly single-glazed windows, and the ceiling is about 12', so a lot of space to heat. Can't do anything with the glazing as it's a grade 2 listed building.

I'll have to put a jumper and trousers on instead of tee shirt and shorts

This is what we do. I invested in sweaters and sit with a blanket over my knees. We've not notched the heating up yet (it's on but just background warming) and we've been WFH since March

Carry on working, hope that my company survives as it will undoubtedly lead to further job loses and listen to my public sector friendsmoan about the fact that they are not getting a pay rise this year.

Yeah, I have pretty much given up on my garden until the Spring aside from picking up leaves.

The original lockdown at least was in the Spring/Summer & gardening was something I did a lot of!

I've been doing the same thing since I self-isolated back in early March. No changes to make.

I just won't be at work.

Only difference now is that I have a lot more games on my PS2, an Xbox 360, more stuff to colour and more stuff to read.

Apart from the obvious places being shut and having to take certain precautions, lockdown doesn't affect me.

Same as the last one home, no work, box sets, out for a walk, sleep and I may pick up the pencil again after 4+ months away from it

Same as last time, go to work, come home, zoom exercise with PT, go for a run, shops once a week.

Runs will just be a bit colder and wetter.

Would you still do the same kind of drawings or try something new?

I have a list to finish so same style, but it will probably be broken up with other watercolour topics to keep me focused

I’m guessing I’ll be furloughed again - which has actually come at a good time as I’m hoping to move in a few months (to a much smaller house) - so I need to ruthlessly ‘gut’ the one I’m in and get rid of lots of stuff!
